Sally Jean Thomas Perkins, a resident of DeQuincy was born in Tulsa, Okla. July 16, 1951 and passed away at her residence in DeQuincy on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at the age of 68.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Shelton Monroe Perkins; her son, Craig Perkins and wife, Billie Jean; and her daughter, Stephanie Kay Perkins; along with nine grandchildren, Brittiny, Bubby, Nicole, Leah, Lauren, Shelby, Sheldon, Ashlon and Oakley; and 15 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother, Phyllis Mae Howard; and her siblings, Kathy Quebe, Eva Caldwell, Patty Hutto, Elgin Thomas and Bobby Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Eugene Thomas; grandson, Dillon Perkins; and brother, Billy Thomas.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Friday, June 5, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. A private burial will be held at a later date at Good Hope Cemetery in Singer.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
