Gerald Michael Hebert Jr., 61 was born Sept. 29, 1958 in Orange, Texas and passed away Friday, Apr. 10, 2020 in Lake Charles.
He is survived by his sons, Eric Hebert, and Jerette Hebert and wife, Amber; granddaughter, Sophia; mother, Patricia Buxton and husband, Dale Buxton, of Starks; father, Gerald Hebert of Jeanerette; and three brothers, Todd Hebert and wife, Melissa, Ted Hebert and Ben Hebert along with countless loving friends and family members.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kent Hebert.
Private visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m., Thursday, Apr. 16 at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with an 11 a.m. private funeral service. Interment to follow at Riley Smith Memorial Park in DeQuincy.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St, DeQuincy.
