Carlene Johnson, a resident of Starks was born Dec. 4, 1944 and passed away Monday, Apr. 13, 2020 at the age of 75.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel “Danny” Johnson; children, Raymond Andrew Ray, and Renee Carriere; step-children, Cline Douglas Johnson, and Danna Paige; and nine grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Christine Shoffner and husband, Jack, and Dorothy Franks and husband, Earl; brothers, Otis Lane and wife, Kathy and Raymond Lane and wife, Kim.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Mary Lane.
Private viewing will be held 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Apr. 16, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with a 2 p.m. funeral service. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Orange, Texas.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
