Cathy Jean Quinn, age 59, a lifelong resident of Vinton, Louisiana was born September 20, 1960 and passed away in Sulphur, Louisiana March 17, 2020. Cathy was very kind and loving person and she will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Robert Parker and wife, Carla; daughters, Carlie Riggs of Moss Bluff, Amber Locklear and husband, Donald of Starks, Crystal Derouen; grandchildren, Nathan Parker, Landon Parker, Aubree Parker, Cameron Riggs, Chloe Riggs, Drake Locklear, and Mason Locklear. She is also survived by ten siblings.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Tim and Louise Walter; and two grandchildren, Christan Alan Parker, and Kurt Alan Parker.
Her final wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 West Fourth Street, DeQuincy, La.
