Jerry Edward Grant, 79, of Merryville died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020.
Survivors include his sons, Mark Edward Grant and Yvonne of Natchitoches, Richard Greggory Grant and Veronica of Pitkin; brother, Larry Grant and Linda of Shreveport; sisters, Cassie Carter, and Joyce Drake, both of Kansas City, Kan., Loyce Walker of McAllen, Texas; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren, Micheal, Willow, Zoey.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Glinda Regina Grant; father, John Grant; mother, Joyce Newasa Grant; and one sister.
A graveside service was held Saturday, Feb. 8, at Meadows Cemetery in Merryville under the direction of Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Minister Wayne Farris officiated.
