The DeQuincy Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Banquet will be held Thursday, Mar. 5, at the T. D. Cardwell Center. Tickets are now on sale for $25 each. Mike Reese, State Senator Dist. 30, will be the keynote speaker.
The deadline for the letter of nomination for the Annual Civic Service Award is Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 12 noon at the Chamber Office.
Inquires must be made to Chamber Manager, Lillian Karr at 786-6451. The letter should detail how the nominee has contributed to the improvement of our City. The letter should be no more than 250 words.
Pedestal Bank has been named the Business of the Year. Charles Peterson has been named the Distinguished Person of the Year. Both will honored at the banquet
