Abbie Clark
Abbie Clark has been named High School Student of the Year at Starks High School. Clark is in the 12th grade and is the daughter of Jared and Andrea Clark. She serves as senior class president, student council president, Lady Panther Varsity Basketball Captain, and Lady Panther Varsity Softball Captain.
She is a member of the FCS, Beta Club, FBLA, and Student Council. In addition, she volunteers to help with Operation Christmas Boxes, DeWanna’s Closet, Louisiana Operation Christmas, and community functions. She loves to compete, and playing sports has been a large part of her life. She plans to pursue a degree in nursing and one day become a NICU nurse or work in labor and delivery.
Isabella Deville
Isabelle Deville has been named Middle School Student of the Year at Starks High School for 8th grade. Deville is the granddaughter of Mona and Danny Landry. She is an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she helped with the canned food and clothing drive. This past year, she collected 508 cans of food for the food drive.
Braden Holloway
Braden Holloway has been named Elementary Student of the Year at Starks High School. Holloway is in the 5th grade and is the son of Brandi and James Holloway. He is a member of 4-H, the middle school basketball team, and Starks First Baptist Church. He is the manager for the high school basketball team. He has had perfect attendance since he has been in school. In his free time, he does volunteer work in the community.
