Peggy Abshire, 69, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephaine Abshire; two grandchildren; and one brother, Albert Gibson.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 1315 S. 27th St., Nederland.
Cremation has been entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy.
