Betty Lee Acord, 86, of Vinton died Friday, Nov. 8, 2019. She was born in Starks.
She is survived by her son, Harold Ashworth; daughters, Melissa Acord and Cathy Horton; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Virgil Ashworth; and sister, Lydia Fontenot.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Asa “Teet” and Emma Ashworth.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Hixson Funeral Home in Vinton. Rev. Karl Smith officiated services. Burial followed in Doyle Cemetery in Starks.
