Jan Marie Katherine Burnsed, 54, of Singer, died on Friday, Sept. 21, 2019 at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Jan enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law. She loved crafting, the mountains, playing with Rosco (her beloved dog), and making people laugh.
She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Underwood and husband Gary of Singer; two brothers, Tilden Fafard and wife Denise of Trinidad, Colorado, Stephen Bingham of Houston, Texas; along with 3 grandchildren.
Jan is preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Marjorie Fafard; three husbands, Dana Burnsed, Julius “Dingus” Marcantel, and James Suchanek; and one brother.
A celebration service was held at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, Oct. 12.
