Glinda Regina Grant, 77, of Merryville died on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019 at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.
She was a lifelong member of Church of Christ. She graduated from Odessa Junior College in 1973 with an associate’s degree in nursing as a Registered Nurse.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Grant of Merryville; sons, Richard Grant and Veronica of Pitkin and Mark Grant and Yvonne of Natchitoches; sisters, Maxilee Stephens of Rosepine and Rita Appleton of Arizona; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Elizabeth Jeans; two brothers; and four sisters.
Funeral service was held Sunday, Oct. 6, at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Bro. Mark Grant officiated. Burial followed at Meadows Cemetery in Merryville.
