DeQuincy City Council will meet Monday, Sept. 9, in City Hall Council Chambers, 300 N. Holly St.
Political candidates Wendy Aguillard (Calcasieu Parish Tax Assessor) and Renee Klann (La. Senate Dist. 30) will address the council.
Council members will discuss the FYE 2019 budget and an ordinance amendment to the Alcoholic Beverage Permits for restaurants.
An inspection report will be heard on property at 1101 Richard Allen Street.
Mayor Riley Smith will be authorized to sign an agreement on the perimeter fencing at the DeQuincy Industrial Airpark.
Council concerns will close out the meeting.
