An accomplished speaker, leader and trainer, Rondalyn Skinner Davis is the Senior Director for Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA), Child and Family Support and Quality Assurance for Child Care Partnerships. She has worked for AVANCE-Houston for over 19 years during which time, she has advocated for the success of children and families through education.
A 1989 graduate of DeQuincy High School and a graduate of McNeese State University, Skinner Davis holds a degree in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the NAACP, the McNeese Alumni Chapter, the Texas Head Start Association, and the Homeless Coalition. She has been a certified Trainer for the Family Service Credential since 2006.
She volunteers in the Aldine School District, serves on the Aldine Nutrition Board and the Board of Directors for C.M.A. Macedonia High School, as President; where she received the 2017 Visionary Award. She is the owner of Pink Pearls Productions and has been teaching etiquette and motivational skills since 1991.
She is the daughter of Calvin and Elizabeth Skinner, is married to Amal Davis, and is the mother of four children. She and her family reside in Houston, Texas.
