Heath Hairgrove is the new Chief Executive Officer of DeQuincy Memorial Hospital, where he is working with local and neighboring healthcare providers to increase the services available to the local community.
He has extensive experience in improving the financial viability of healthcare providers through his diverse knowledge of the multifaceted healthcare system. His vision of the future of healthcare and the understanding of how to ensure the financial viability of a rural hospital are the key factors that brought him to join the DeQuincy Memorial Hospital team.
He has worked in multiple fields of healthcare to include, acute, post-acute, and residential settings. His understanding of how each plays a vital role in increasing the patient’s outcome will only improve the potential success of our hospital. Originally from Shreveport, Hairgrove, Crystal, his wife of 17 years, and their daughter have lived in the Central Louisiana area for over 15 years now. He is a member of the St. Joseph Catholic church in DeRidder. He is a community volunteer specifically when it comes to improving the lives and opportunities of our children.
Hairgrove is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University and received his master’s degree at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2000. He looks forward to the future of working with the local community members to increase services at DeQuincy Memorial Hospital.
