David Hartwell Hollingsworth, 73, of Starks, died Friday, Feb. 22, 2019 at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital.
He was born in Phoenix, Ariz.
He is survived by his two sons, Jorge Hollingsworth of Starks and Don Hollingsworth and wife Dreama of DeRidder; and one granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Presley and Gaynell Hollingsworth; and one brother.
A Memorial Service will be held at Carter Cemetery in Carter Settlement on Thursday, Feb. 28, at 6 p.m.
