Beverly Phillips, 68, of Nashville, Tenn. was called home by the Lord on Friday, Jan. 18, 2019.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Sanford) Stamper and son-in-law, William Stamper; her sons, Scott Sanford and Joseph C. Phillips; her sister, Betty Cooley; and her aunt, Catherine Holt.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 32 years, James “Dewey” Phillips; and her youngest daughter, Suzanne Marie Phillips.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at 9 a.m. at Bay Springs Cemetery in Chopin.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
