DeQuincy Middle School is proud to recognize Amy Lorenz as our Teacher of the Year who is beginning her 21st year in education. Mrs. Lorenz is a dedicated 7th grade math teacher whose passion for education inspires students to achieve their best each day. Through engaging instruction, high expectations, and a commitment to student success, she creates a classroom environment where learning and growth thrive.

Her ability to build meaningful relationships with students while helping them develop confidence in mathematics makes a lasting impact on our school community. She is a valued leader among her colleagues and consistently demonstrates excellence, professionalism, and a genuine love for teaching.
