THE BOARD OF Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy, La. met in regular session on June 9, 2026 for the following purpose:
Chairman, Jerry McCaig called the meeting to order and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows:
Present: Jerry McCaig, Tracey Brown, Amber Landry, Shirley Bagwell, Brooke Burge
Absent: Lynne Treme, Diana DeLoach
A quorum present, the following business was transacted. The minutes from May 26, 2026 were reviewed. Tracey Brown made a motion to approve the minutes and Amber Landry seconded. All approved. Motion carried.
The financial report was not ready at meeting time.
The 2026 CFP, Annual Plan/5 Year Action Plan was presented and discussed. No one showed for the Public Hearing @ 9am. After discussion, Tracey Brown made a motion to accept the 2026 Annual Plan/5 Year Action Plan as presented and Amber Landry seconded the motion. All approved. Motion carried. Res # 1044
The vacancy report was presented by Brooke Burge.
There being no further business to come before the board, the Chairman thereupon declared the meeting adjourned.
