Copeland Tyler Joseph “Buzz” Borel, 29, was born in Sulphur and died Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in Lake Charles.
He is survived by his sons, Greyson and Jameson Borel; mother, Dayna Paige Borel; father, David Andrews (Wanda); grandmothers, Betty Reed and Wanda Borel; sisters, Whittany, Bethany, and Kyleigh and brother, Daulton.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, and best friend, Ronald J. Borel; great-grandparents, Willis Royer, Rosalie Myers Royer, Eugene Borel and Sophie Corinne Landry.
Private services were held with interment following at Big Woods Cemetery in Vinton.
Memorial celebrations will be announced at a later date.
