Last Saturday, Feb. 21, the DeQuincy Tigers play their final game of the weekend in the Westlake tournament against the class 4A Cecilia Bulldogs. They quickly found themselves in a 3-0 hole but battle back scoring a run in the fourth inning and making a valiant comeback effort in the bottom of the seventh inning that fell short on a double play.
Tucker Goza was 2-2 with an RBI, and Levi Neal was 1-4 with an RBI.
Final Score: Cecilia 10, DeQuincy 6
