Last Tuesday, the DeQuincy Tigers boys basketball team opened up District 4-2A action at home against East Beauregard. What was a very tough defensive battle for most of the game with the Tigers despite multiple players fouling out in the fourth quarter held on for a much-needed victory and gaining some momentum going into the second half of the season.
The Tigers won 56-41.
STATS: Gage Schultz led the scoring on the night with 16 points, Logan Dutton had 15, Conner Snell had 13, Tucker Goza had 7, and Jude Dardar had 5.
