Brenda S. Adcock, 65, was born to Loretta Works VanCleave and Billy Reevs in Richmond, Texas on Mar. 4, 1960, and passed away Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, at her home in Ragley with her loving husband by her side.
She leaves to cherish her memories are her husband, Sidney Adcock; her daughter, Loretta Sonnier and her spouse and children of Lafayette, and son, Aaron LaFleur and his spouse and children of Lafayette; four grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Pusso and Tonya L. Cook; her special friend Debbie Hanks and mother Judy Hanks along with many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Bill VanCleave; brother, Thomas Ray Reeves; sisters, Carolyn Kay Reeves, Belinda May Reeves and Stephanie Rochelle Leone.
Brenda loved nature and had a way with animals. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and arts and crafts. She will truly be missed by many.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
