Adopt a Resolution ratifying the signature of Mayor Riley Smith on a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office and the DeQuincy Police Department for radios
Adopt a resolution to authorize Mayor Smith to sign all documents with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LA DOTD) for improvements at the DeQuincy Industrial Airpark.
Adopt a resolution to authorize Mayor Smith to sign all documents to enter into an agreement with the lowest bidder of JCM Earthworks LLC for $26,000 for the Cross Drain rehab at the DeQuincy Airport.
Adopt a resolution to authorize Mayor Smith to accept and sign all documents related to a Grant Award from Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation for the DeQuincy Fire Department.
Adopt a resolution to authorize Mayor Smith to sign all documents to enter into an agreement with Pipeline Integrity Partners consultants for gas and pipeline safety.
