Elizabeth Nadia Faske was born June 25, 1989, and passed away Sunday, Aug. 24, 2025, at the age of 36.
She is survived by ex-husband and father of her children, Corey Warner; children, Blake, Mia and Eli; adoptive parents, Jay and Suzanne Faske; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Laura and Casey Kimball; father-in-law, Wallace Warner and girlfriend, Laura Lizzet; grandparents, Diane and Herbert Faske; aunt and uncle, Niccole and Drake Faske; and best friend, Jennifer Davis; along with numerous other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
