LouAnn Foster was born July 4, 1970, and passed away Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, at the age of 55.
LouAnn was a beacon of light to all who knew her. She found beauty in the smallest moments. She loved capturing precious moments by taking photos for memories. She enjoyed watching the flutter of a hummingbirds’ wings and decorating with little angels. Reading and singing was another fun pastime for her. LouAnn was a dedicated and loving grandmother, and her grandkids were the light of her life. She reveled in the time spent with them, creating lasting memories filled with laughter, love, and endless support.
She is survived by her children, Antonio Tillman, Andrea Curiel and husband Jesus, and Christopher Tillman; grandchildren, Anna, Talon, Lily, Harper, and Ruston; father, Bobby Foster; siblings, Robert Foster and wife Alexa, Francis Foster, Rhonda Pardue, and Sylvia Mejia; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Ann Hydle Foster.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 4, with the funeral service being held at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 5, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment to follow at Spikes Cemetery in Merryville.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made toward the service at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St. DeQuincy.
