Elton Wayne “Tom” Gore, Sr. was born Dec. 1, 1953, and passed Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, at the age of 71.
He is survived by his children, Casey Gore, Colton Gore, and Cody Gore; siblings, Rebecca Ann Falcone, Terry Lynn Gore, Sr. and wife Virgina Gore, Debra Jean Gore, Jomay Gore and Karen Sue Francis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hardy Lewis Gore and Lorie Corsey Gore; siblings, Edward Gore, Sr., Robert Earl Gore, Sr., Jimmy Eugene Gore Sr., Larry Glenn Gore, Lorie Dianne Johnson and Marvin Gore Sr.
The family received friends from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10 a.m., Friday, Feb. 14, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
