The only word that can describe the heartbreaking loss that occurred last Friday night at G. Dalton Faircloth Tiger Stadium is “gut wrenching”.
The DeQuincy Tigers played extremely hard and tough against the Franklin Hornets who brought in an explosive offense that the Tigers’ defense defended very well.
This team has accomplished so much and this one game will not define our season.
Records were set and broken and the standard has been restored for DeQuincy Tiger football.
These Seniors set the standard for the underclassmen and the best is still to come!
The Tigers finish the season with a combined record of 9-2 winning the District 4-2A Championship.
Congratulations to everyone involved with the program on a fantastic season!
Geaux Big Red!
