Joseph Carol LaRive, 68, of Vinton, was born Apr. 3, 1955, in Church Point, and passed away Monday, Aug. 5, 2024, in Lake Charles.
He is survived by his wife, Susie LaRive; daughter, Bridget LaRive; grandchildren, Sean and Alyvia; sister, Barbara Harris.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Bridgette LaRive; brother’s, J. L. LaRive and J. Roy LaRive.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
