Mitchell “JoeJoe” Martin, Jr. of DeQuincy, was born Aug. 6, 1970, and passed away Sunday, Mar. 10, 2024, at the age of 53.
He is survived by his nephews, Blake Cooley and Shane Wylie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell “Mitch” and Evelyn “Blackie” Martin; along with his sister, Rachel Martin.
The family received friends from 9-10 a.m. with the funeral service beginning at 10 a.m., Thursday, Mar. 14, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Rev. Wayne Neyland officiated. Interment followed at Good Hope Cemetery in Singer.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
