Tigers fall to Rosepine

By Jake McCoy

The error was continued last Tuesday as the DeQuincy Tigers hosted the Rosepine Eagles with a chance to have at least a share of the district title. However that was not the case as the Eagles would take full advantage of each, and every one of DeQuincy’s six errors in route to a 14-5 went over the home, standing Tigers.

DeQuincy did manage to produce nine hits in the contest.

Noah Pettifield was 1-4 with an RBI, Turner Rodriguez was 1-4, Bryce Dyson was 1-4 with an RBI, Jeremy Gatlin Jr. was 3-4, Ethan Faulk was 1-4, Grant Rainwater was 1-2, and Rowdy Griffin was 1-2.

Rosepine 14, DeQuincy 5
