SueElla Vincent Doucet was born Dec. 17, 1972, and passed away Wednesday, Mar. 25, 2026, at the age of 53.
She leaves behind a life marked by strength, creativity, and love. She was strong-willed and determined.
She found joy in baking, tending to her cactus and flower garden, and expressing herself through painting. Above all, she loved her family deeply. They were her greatest pride and joy, and she treasured every moment spent with them. She will be remembered for her strength and her creativity.
She is survived by her husband, Wilbert Doucet; daughter, Isabella Doucet; parents, Donnie and Susan Vincent; siblings, Connie Henry and husband Randy, and David Vincent; nieces and nephews, Christopher Henry and wife Jennifer, Kevin Henry and wife Alexis, Kayla Henry, and Kyler Vincent; and mother-in-law, Amelia Doucet.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Wilbert Doucet.
The family received friends from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m., Friday, Mar. 27, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment followed at Masonic Cemetery in DeQuincy.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
