Frances Lucille Peveto, 94, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, at her home.
She was a native of Houston, Texas, and had been a resident of Louisiana for over 60 years, most recently in Sulphur. She was employed by Walgreens for more than 45 years before her retirement.
She is survived by her children, Paula Dubin of Sulphur, Charlene Bennett and husband, Clyde, of Sulphur, and Cynthia Broussard of Ragley; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland Otis Peveto; parents, Joseph and Nellie Bartkovak; son, Cleveland Albert Peveto; and seven siblings.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home.
