The annual Kindergarten Circus at DeQuincy Primary School once again brought smiles, laughter and community spirit to the town of DeQuincy.
Each year, the kindergarten teachers transform the DeQuincy Middle School gym into a colorful event where students take center stage as performers – from acrobats and animals to clowns and ringmasters.
The beloved tradition draws families and community members who come out to cheer on the youngest Tigers. The event celebrates creativity, confidence and collaboration as students showcase what they’ve learned in a fun and engaging way.
“The Kindergarten Circus is one of our favorite DeQuincy traditions,” said Kaci Duhon, Vice Principal of DPS. “It’s amazing to see how excited our students are to perform and how much our community shows up to support them. The smiles on everyone’s faces say it all.”
With bright costumes, fun music, and proud families filling the stands, this year’s circus was another roaring success – a joyful reminder of how special small-town traditions can bring a community together.
