Mary Jane Alexander was born July 28, 1960, and passed away Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025 at the age of 65.
She is survived by her husband, Edward King Alexander, Jr., stepsons, Troy S. Alexander of Marietta, Ga. and Lt Col (U S Army) Trevor D. Alexander of Colorado Springs, Colo., brother, Robert Michael McGregor of Scott; along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Corley McGregor and Lucille Griffin McGregor.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Sept. 27, at 10 a.m. followed by a non-communion prayer service at 11 a.m., at the chapel (not the main sanctuary) within St. Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church, 123 W. Sale Rd., Lake Charles. Inurnment will follow at Riley Smith Memorial Park, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
