The City of DeQuincy will host it’s annual “National Night Out” on Friday, Aug. 22, from 5-7 p.m. at the DeQuincy Railroad Museum Grounds.
National Night Out is a community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships, neighborhood camaraderie and safer communities.
There will be a Dunking Booth, Bounce House, Food, Prizes and a Water Parade.
Dress as your favorite responder and bring your best water accessory to participate in the water parade.
Water Parade starts at 5:15 p.m., on Holly St. and ending at Lake Charles Ave. intersection.
