5. Introduce Ordinance # 968B and set a public hearing for September 8, 2025, amending the FYE 9/30/25 budget.
6. Introduce Ordinance # 997 and set a public hearing for September 8, 2025, amending the Capital Asset Policy.
7. Public hearing and adoption of ordinance # 996, to declare property located on Overton Street with parcel number 00816515(DeQuincy High School Ball Fields) to become surplus property and allow it to be sold to the Calcasieu Parish School Board.
8. Authorize Mayor Smith to sign a resolution to declare the following vehicles to be surplus and sell to the highest bidder, and if no bids then authorize the city to sell for junk:

9. Begin the condemnation process on the structure located at 107 Frazier Street.
10. Proceed to the next step of the condemnation process, which is to discuss the Parish Inspection report and if necessary, set a public hearing for September 8, 2025, on the structure located at 404 Velmer Street.
11. Proceed to the next step of the condemnation process, which is to discuss the Parish Inspection report and if necessary, set a public hearing for September 8, 2025, on the structure located at 230 Jackson Street.
12. Proceed to the next step of the condemnation process, which is to discuss the Parish Inspection report and if necessary, set a public hearing for September 8, 2025, on the structure located at 228 Jefferson Street.
13. Proceed to the next step of the condemnation process, which is to discuss the Parish Inspection report and if necessary, set a public hearing for September 8, 2025, on the structure located at 218 Jackson Street.
14. Proceed to the next step of the condemnation process, which is to discuss the Parish Inspection report and if necessary, set a public hearing for September 8, 2025, on the structure located at 210 Jefferson Street.
