Thomas Lynn Gibson was born May 3, 1971, and passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the age of 54.
He is survived by his children, Shelby Delano and husband Devan, Kahlan Jerree Gibson; stepson, Frankie Tubbe; grandchildren, Ellora Delano, Brandon Demoine Franklin Jr.; mother, Jean Rogers; and stepdad, Talmadge Rogers.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl “Tippy” Gibson; sister, Elizabeth Foster; and nephew, Kenny Foster.
The family received friends from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, at First Pentecostal Church, 225 LA-109 Starks. Pastor Karl Smith and Bro. Alfred Gibson officiated. Interment followed at Fountain Cemetery in Starks.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
