Pastor Clifton David, 79, was born June 12, 1945, and passed away Saturday, May 3, 2025.
He is survived by his wife, Louella Thomas David; children, Gregory David, Kendall David, Bilitsia Clement and husband Chris; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Eric Wood; and sister, Ivory Dorsey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earlie David and Mary Green David; and brother, Ezell Wood Sr.
The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 10, at First Church of God in Christ, 621 S Grand Ave, DeQuincy. Interment to follow at Paradise Cemetery in DeQuincy.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
