Johnsie Frazier was born Jan. 15, 1942, and passed away Saturday, Mar. 29, 2025, at the age of 83.
He is survived by his children, Shane Frazier and wife Lisa, Hank Frazier and wife Missy, Bean Frazier and wife Tammy, Blaine Frazier and wife Amy; grandchildren, Christy Cooley and husband Bowdy, Seth Frazier, Chelsea Irwin and husband Andy, Corey Fontenot, Mandy Clopton and husband Cody, Russell Frazier, Maci Frazier, Ryder Frazier; 12 great-grandchildren; and companion, Elaine Lingo.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Frazier; parents, William and Mary Frazier; four brothers; and threesisters.
Pallbearers will be Hank Frazier, Blaine Frazier, Shane Frazier, Bean Frazier, Pig Royer, and Burt Royer. Honorary Pallbearer will be Russell Frazier, Ryder Frazier, and Seth Frazier.
The family received friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday Apr. 1, and will continue from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Apr. 2 at Riley Smith and Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Rev. Carlton Jackson Jr. will be officiating. Interment to follow at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
