Linda Duhon Alston was born Mar. 21, 1951, and passed away Wednesday, Mar. 19, 2025, at the age of 73.
She is survived by her children, Joey R. LaPointe and Corey D. LaPointe and wife Janise; sister, Judy Duhon; brothers, Michael W. Duhon and Charles L. Duhon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert LaPointe; parents, Alton and Vonnie Duhon; brother, Ronald J. Duhon; and nephew, Christopher Pinder.
The family received friends from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Mar. 25, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment followed at Good Hope Cemetery in Singer.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
