Kari L. “Sissy” Louviere was born Nov. 13, 1962, and passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, at the age of 62.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond A. Louviere, son, Kelly Cobb and wife Bobbi; stepsons, David L. Louviere, Thomas W. Louviere, Brian J. Louviere; stepmother, Renee Sammons; grandchildren, Dante Hoffpauir, Jaedlyn Hayes, Chloie Cobb, Emily Louviere, and Macy Louviere; great-grandchildren, Malik O’blanc, and Addlynn Cambell; brothers, William “Billy” Sammons and wife Cindy, John Sammons; step-sister, Brandie Gonzales; one niece; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Loraine Sammons; mother, Sharon Kay “Granny” Cobb; brothers, Steve Sammons and Mike Sammons.
Cremation has been entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W Fourth St., DeQuincy.
