The DeQuincy Lady Tigers softball team began pre-season preparations after scrimmaging at DeRidder last night. No details have been released on the scrimmage. However the girls will scrimmage Merryville at home this Monday at 5 p.m.
The Lady Tigers are led by first year Head Coach Tiffany Havard who has been an assistant on the staff for several years. She also has added Jonathan Parker to her coaching staff.
Coach Havard, her staff, and her Lady Tigers will begin the regular season at home on Tuesday, Feb. 18, against Iota at 5 p.m.
