Barbara Jean “Bobbie” Davis was born in DeQuincy, on Oct. 16, 1949, and passed away in Oswego, Kansas on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, at the age of 74. She loved her family and God more than anything. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Peggy Davis and wife Lynne, and Richard “Ricky” Berzas and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Corey Berzas, Justin Berzas, and Kourtney Berzas; and great-grandchildren, Cameron, Brylan, Brock, Abbygale, and Elisabeth.
She was preceded in death by her great-granddaughter, Natalie Berzas; parents, Silas and Ethel Davis; and siblings, Jeanette Frazier, Aline Addison, and Pinkie Davis.
Pallbearers were Ricky Berzas, Corey Berzas, Jeffery Raven, Scotty Perkins, Eric Perkins, and Chad Perkins.
The family received friends from 5 – 8. p.m., Friday, Sept. 27, with visitation continuing from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, at Smokey Cove Pentecostal Church in Singer. Pastor Clyde Clark officiated. Interment followed at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
