THE BOARD of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy, La. met in regular session on April 9, 2024 for the following purpose:
Chairman Jerry McCaig called the meeting to order and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows:
Present: Jerry McCaig, Tracey Brown, Tamara Scott, Shirley Bagwell, Brenda Vige
Absent: Darlene Hooker, Lynne Treme.
A quorum present, the following business was transacted. The minutes from March 12, 2024 were reviewed. Tracey Brown made a motion to approve the minutes and Tamara Scott seconded. Motion carried.
The financial report for February 2024 was presented and discussed. The year-to-date actuals were compared to the year-to-date budget. Tracey Brown made a motion to approve the financial reports as presented and Tamara Scott seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The outstanding debts owed for the first half of the fiscal year were presented. Tracey Brown made motion to write-off the outstanding debts owed in the amount of $1,053 and Tamara Scott seconded the motion. All approved. Motion carried. Res # 1011
The vacancy report was presented by Brenda Vige.
There being no further business to come before the board, the Chairman thereupon declared the meeting adjourned.
