Donald Blake Ford was born Aug. 5, 1938, and passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at the age of 85.
He is survived by his sons, Donnie Ford and Michael Blake Ford; two grandchildren, Samantha Ford Hatten and Chris Ford.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Friley and Thelma Ford; and brother, Joe Ford.
The family received friends from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday, May 31, at First Baptist Church, 2617 Westwood Rd, Westlake. Pastor David Brewer officiated. Interment followed at Westlake Memorial Park in Westlake.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
