Roxanne Marie (Fruh) Whitstine, 69, of DeQuincy died Wednesday, May 1, 2024. She was born in Washington, Kansas. She graduated from Westlake High School in 1973. She obtained a degree from Sowela Tech and worked as a bookkeeper for a number of years.
She is survived by her husband, Duane Whitstine; two children, Justin Whitstine and wife Amanda of Sulphur, Rachel Whitstine LaCroix and husband Grant of Youngsville; sister, Deborah Williams of The Woodlands, Texas; along with three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Elenora Fruh; as well as one sister.
Funeral service was held at Hixson Funeral Home in Westlake, on Tuesday, May 7. Rev. Lloyd Whitman officiated. Burial followed at Big Woods Cemetery in Vinton.
