Colton Jude McIntosh was born Feb. 13, 1999, and passed away Tuesday, Apr. 30, 2024, at the age of 25. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gaming. Colton was very loving and found joy in making others laugh. He also enjoyed playing with his nieces. Colton loved his mother more than anything. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his mother, Deborah McIntosh Wharton; dad, Victor Wharton; brother, Nathan Wharton and wife Erica; nieces, River and Rowan Wharton; nephew, Walker Jude Wharton; aunt, Janet Ouber and husband (godfather) Everett; uncle, Barry Ouber; aunt, Anglea Dutel; cousin and godmother, Kerri LaRose; cousins, Louis Dutel and Brandi Alphonso.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Chad Wharton.
The family received friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, at Magnolia Baptist Church in Ragley. Pastor David Free officiated.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
