David B. Young was born Mar. 20, 1958 and passed away Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021 at the age of 63.
He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Ramsey and husband, Chris of Carthage, Miss.; grandchildren, Brantley and Weston; mother, Willie Kebodeaux and step-father, Leon Kebodeaux of Sulphur; brothers, Dennis Murray and wife, Cindy of Shreveport, Mitchell Young and wife, Christine of Lake Charles and sister Charlotte Ellender of Sulphur.
A memorial service was held at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, at Calvary Baptist Church, 800 Lewis Street, Sulphur. Pastor Steve Avera officiated.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
