Dottie Ann Holt was born Mar. 31, 1942 and passed away Saturday, Mar. 7, 2020 at the age of 77.
She is survived by her son, Charles Holt and wife, Roxane; grandchildren, Robert McDonald and Brandy Briggs; great-grandchildren, Canaan Travis and Haley Holt; along with numerous aunts, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Holt; grandson, James Guidry; father, Milford “Red” Hardin; mother, Nell Hardin; and sister, Dani Barns.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon-2 p.m. Sunday, Mar. 15, at Deweyville United Pentecostal Church with the funeral service to begin at 2 p.m. Pastor Michael Orange, Rev. D. L. Orange, Rev. Danny Russo and Rev. Bart Arnold will officiate. Interment will follow at Deweyville Cemetery in Deweyville, Texas.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
