Dr. Eric Jacobs has been located in the Professional Building across from the hospital for almost three years. Dr. Charles Woodard, a cardiologist trained by Dr. Michael DeBakey, will be joining Dr. Jacobs in August 2009.
Dr. Jacobs received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his residency in Family Medicine at LSU Health Service Center in Alexandria.
He is seeing patients of all ages from newborn to the elderly and will see OB patients up to 20 weeks pregnant.
Office hours are Monday-Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Call 786-3030 for appointments, but walk-ins are welcome. Medicare, Medicaid and all Insurance accepted.
